No Experience - Beginner Level Dancers 

This 8 week course will focus on strengthening our 'Ori Tahiti basic steps and technique through detailed drills &  exciting choreography. This class is perfect for dancers new to Tahitian dance, those who are looking for a spiritual movement to better connect with themselves, and a healthy & in depth experience for their bodies and minds. We will be preparing for our 2022 Online Summer Recital. In these 8 week course, you will learn a beautiful 'Aparima choreography to perform for our show. Advanced Level Classes

Pupu Here is a competition based class. We learn how to be a stronger dancer, creative, and competitor. For 8 weeks, we will work on strengthening our 'Ori Tahiti basics/ technique & growing more comforbitlity with our movements & creativity. These 8 weeks will prepare you for our 2022 Online Summer Recital with a beautiful choreography. This will be the last session of Pupu Here for 2022. - Can I do this dance with bad knees?

TAHITIAN DANCE IS HEAVY ON THE KNEES AND LEGS. WE SUGGEST TO TAKE IT LIGHT IF YOU NEED TO. PLEASE SEE A DOCTOR TO CONFIRM.

- Can I learn to dance if I do not have Polynesian heritage?

YES! YOU'RE IN THE RIGHT PLACE! LEARN FROM CREDIBLE SOURCES AND BE READY TO INTAKE AN ENTIRE CULTURE.

-What is an appropriate age to learn this dance?

WE SUGGEST DANCERS TO START AS EARLY AS 3YRS OF AGE. YOU MAY DANCE FOR ETERNITY! NO AGE LIMIT!
